I would like to say how wonderful this hotel was. Definitely the best double tree we've stayed at. All staff went above and beyond. Loved all the staff in the executive lounge and breakfast was delicious with extensive choices and very helpful staff including our waiter Zie. Thanks so much

It's very hard to fault this hotel! Possibly the best DoubleTree in which we have ever stayed (so far 😉). Excellent location, excellent rooms, better than excellent staff, great rates, and superb facilities, including an executive lounge that far surpasses many Hilton and Conrad's that we have previously complemented. DoubleTree KL is an easy walk to KLCC and Petronis Twin Towers, parks, eateries, and shops. The breakfast is extensive, meaning really impressively extensive, and the pool is relaxing. The downside ... there are none that we can find! Well done, DoubleTree Kuala Lumpur and each and every team member. You are true gems of Asia, and we very happily recommend a stay here for any traveler. If we could rate higher than 5 stars, we would.

Very nice hotel. It’s located in a shopping center so you can easily get something to eat and drink without having to leave your hotel. The staff is very respectful and friendly like almost all of Malaysia. The room was spacious and very hygienic. The only negative point is that you hear the sound of the train. The tracks are located next to the hotel/shopping.

We arrived at night and was assisted by Ms Elloisa at check in (im sorry if I wrote her name wrongly) she welcomed us friendly. I would like to mention Mr Syahrul and Ms Bella at the Lounge as well for their attentiveness and gave us a warm welcome. They are the gems of this Hotel. Best stay experience in KL among all Hilton hotels.

Good overall. I am a bit disapointed with the food/snack/services provided by the Executive Lounge, though. Buffer breakfast comes with a lot of varieties....thumbs up. Place that is not easy to call a CAB or GRAB.
